Returns & Cancellations

Not completely satisfied with your order?
We would love to hear how we can improve.

You may return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and undamaged.
If a product is defective, you can send us a photo — in most cases we can resolve the issue without requiring a return. If not, we will issue a refund within five working days after the returned item has been received.

Please note:

For hygiene reasons, cosmetics and health products, lingerie, and sale items cannot be returned.


Returns by Post

You have up to 30 days after receiving your order to exchange a product for a different size/colour or to request a refund, provided the order was delivered to a local parcel collection point.

Please always contact us first to obtain the correct return address.
We operate multiple distribution centres and, depending on the reason for the return, we will advise where your parcel should be sent.

(Our primary return centre is located in Asia — Naishi Warehouse, 5th Floor, Building 4, Phase 2, Niannianhong Furniture Group, Choujiang Street, Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province 322000 — however, we will always confirm the correct return address by email before you send anything back.)


2. Include Your Order Details

Carefully package the product in its original packaging and include a note with your order number.
As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment, so please ensure you obtain a tracking number from the courier.

Once shipped, please email info@liorawell.com with confirmation of dispatch.


3. Shipping the Return

Drop off the parcel at your nearest post office or parcel shop.
Once the item arrives at our warehouse, the exchange or refund will be processed as quickly as possible.


Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@liorawell.com.
If you cancel within 24 hours, we will issue a full refund.

After this period, orders can only be cancelled once they have been received and returned.


Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
These costs are non-refundable.

When issuing a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service or shipping insurance when returning items.
